PointChat

Point at it. Comment.
Hand it to your AI agent.

Why PointChat

Your agent finds the element

Instead of "the button on the pricing page looks off", the agent gets the page URL, heading path, table row and column, element text, CSS selector and your note.

No screenshots to explain

Front-end and UI review, bug reports and design feedback point at the exact element, passage or image region.

Works where you build

localhost, file:// and live sites. Review the page you are building before it ships.

Private by design

Comments stay in your browser's extension storage. No server, no network requests, no analytics.

Features

PointChat copies open comments as Markdown and the agent receives URL, location and comment

  2. Click an element, select text or drag a box, write your comment, press Enter.
  3. Click "Copy for Agent" and paste into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or any other agent.
  4. Mark the comment done when it is fixed.

FAQ

Which AI agents does it work with?
Any agent that accepts text: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, Copilot and others. PointChat copies plain Markdown; nothing to install in your project.
Does it send my pages anywhere?
No. Comments are stored locally in the extension. Copied or exported text only goes where you paste or save it. See the privacy policy.
Does it need access to every site?
No. It touches a tab only when you turn it on. If you want saved comments to appear automatically on a site, the side panel asks for access to that one site.
Is it free?
Yes.
