Troubleshooting

The toolbar does not appear on a page: PointChat runs on a tab only after you click its toolbar icon or press Alt+Shift+C (Mac: Option+Shift+C). Chrome does not let extensions run on chrome:// pages, the Chrome Web Store and some built-in viewers. For file:// pages, turn on "Allow access to file URLs" on the extension's details page. To show saved comments on a site without clicking the icon each time, use "Show saved comments automatically on this site" in the side panel menu.
A comment says "Element not found": The page changed after you commented. If the comment was made under a tab or dropdown option, click it in the side panel and choose "Switch and locate".
Change the interface language: Side panel → ⋯ → Language: Auto (browser), English or 简体中文.
Move comments to another browser: Side panel → ⋯ → Export all pages, then Import JSON… in the other browser.

页面上没有出现工具条: PointChat 只在你点工具栏图标或按 Alt+Shift+C（Mac：Option+Shift+C）后才在当前标签页运行。Chrome 不允许扩展在 chrome:// 页面、Chrome 网上应用店和部分内置查看器上运行。本地 file:// 页面需要在扩展详情页打开「允许访问文件网址」。想在某个网站自动显示已保存的评论，在侧边栏菜单里点「在此站点自动显示评论」。
评论显示「孤立：元素未找到」: 评论后页面内容变了。如果评论是在某个 tab 或下拉选项下写的，在侧边栏点这条评论，再点「切换并定位」。
切换界面语言: 侧边栏 → ⋯ → 语言：跟随浏览器、English 或简体中文。
把评论迁到另一个浏览器: 侧边栏 → ⋯ → 导出全部页面，再在另一个浏览器用「导入 JSON…」导入。
